    Upon some of the author's requests, the LOC will include all final papers in the proceedings if they are uploaded and paid by 3 June, although they also uploaded to the preprint server by mistake. <br>

EasyChair is used to manage the submission and review of abstracts and papers. 
If you used EasyChair, for example, in ECOS 2017 or 2018, you can continuously use it with your user name and password. 
If you use it for the first time, you have to create your account.

An abstract for each paper should be submitted with **300 words** at the maximum together with **5 keywords**. 
A recommended number of words is around 200 words, which may be suitable for post-conference journal publication. 
We ask you to choose **two** selected topics from those listed below to cluster abstracts for reviewing papers and making sessions. 

The length of each paper will be limited to **12 pages** at the maximum. 
The instruction and format for preparing manuscripts will be uploaded on this website after the abstract submission. 
Note that if the number of papers exceeds its capacity depending on the number of session rooms and time slots, we may also set poster sessions, and that even if your paper is assigned to a poster session, you have to submit a full paper for review. 
All the papers accepted after review will be included in the Proceedings of the ECOS 2020, which will be distributed in a USB memory stick to all the participants on site.

Copyright Policy
====================

All accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings in electronic format, and after the conference, Print-On-Demand proceedings with ISBN will be available. 
By submitting a final paper to EasyChair system for ECOS 2020, authors give full permission for their papers to be published in the ECOS conference proceedings. 
It is a responsibility of the corresponding author to secure such permissions from other authors or employers. 
If you cannot accept the copyright policy above, please withdraw the submission by 1st May from the EasyChair conference system for ECOS 2020.
